Black and white or White + black

When it comes to chic, you can't be mistaken with it, black and white is a hit...
My cruel dilemma was this : which skit would my top have to be paired with ?
Pleated or  ruffled embellished, I've done the deed !
I had no choice, I chose not to choose and had them both !
